Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Sweet Spot Pillow in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
